ACDems’ PRIDE Booth Staffing

Saturday, Oct. 26 from 12 – 5 pm, Gypsy Hill Park Bandstand

Local Democratic Committees will share a Pride Staunton booth. The ACDems will have 1 table under the canopy as their committee’s info table & 1- ACDems’ booth staffer to address any questions about the ACDems’ Committee.

Here’s the ACDems PRIDE BOOTH plan at this moment:

1- ACDems’ volunteer to staff our booth for each shift:

(Beth) Booth Setup Shift will bring 6 ft table & 1- folding chair, ACDems general info, tabletop giveaways & ACDems’ banner for across the front of our table.

Booth decorate & setup shift: 11 am (Beth)

12 – 2 pm

2 – 4 pm

(Beth) Booth Tear Down shift 4-5 pm.
