Northrop Grumman has applied for a State Operating Permit for a facility at 1001 Shenandoah Village Drive, Waynesboro and has listed 193 Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAP) chemicals/elements and does not want a requirement for continuous monitoring of water and air pollution.
Public hearing is regarding the draft permit to limit air pollution.
